Jac Maybin Joins Go Motorsport Management
Brackley based 17-year-old Jac Maybin is the latest driver to join Go Motorsport Management’s stable of young driver talent.
After a successful career in karting, racing in the Super One and X30 series Maybin made the step up to cars in 2018 racing in the highly competitive JCW Mini Challenge with EXCELR8 Motorsport where he notched up two podiums and narrowly missed out on victory at Snetterton by just 0.020. On Friday it was announced that Jac has resigned with EXCELR8 Motorsport for his second season in the JCW Mini Challenge.

“I learnt a huge amount from my first JCW season in 2018, and to me it made no sense in wasting that and trying to move on when I feel I still have a lot left to prove in the MINI. I know the tracks, the car and will have the support of the Go Motorsport Management team, I can’t wait for the season to start”.
Mick Gomme, Managing Director
“I am delighted to welcome yet another young talent to our programme, Jac has been working with our performance coach David Macmillan for some time so we were keeping an eye on his progress. We are really looking forward to working with Jac as he embarks on his second season in the JCW Mini Challenge”.
