Branden Templeton and Jack Collins ended their 2026 British GT Championship campaign with a hard-fought GT4 Silver Vice Championship, finishing third in the overall GT4 Drivers’ standings after coming within just 4.5 points of the championship title.

Starting fourth on the grid for the two-hour Brands Hatch finale, Templeton made an excellent start to move the Century Motorsport BMW M4 GT4 Evo ‘Chomp’ into third position and immediately put the championship leaders under pressure.

The race soon became a battle of strategy and attrition, with the title contenders having to negotiate traffic from the faster GT3 field and changing championship positions. When Innovation Racing’s title challenge ended with a rear-left puncture, Templeton and Collins briefly moved into the championship lead before their mandatory pitstop, which included compensation and Silver time, altered the picture.

The pair continued to fight hard throughout the second half of the race, eventually bringing ‘Chomp’ home sixth in GT4.

Although the result saw them narrowly miss out on the overall championship, Templeton and Collins can look back on an outstanding second season together. Their campaign included a maiden GT4 victory at Oulton Park, multiple podium finishes and a remarkable run of form that took them into the Brands Hatch finale as joint championship leaders.

The result confirms Templeton and Collins as GT4 Silver Vice Champions and third overall in the British GT4 Drivers’ Championship, just 4.5 points from the overall crown.
