Macdonald wins IAME Winter Cup

Dean MacDonald returned to his roots at the weekend competing in the IAME Winter Cup at Valencia. Showing that he had not lost any of his karting talent since switching to GT racing he was unbeaten in Qualifying, in the Heats and in Sunday morning’s Prefinal. The British GT driver was left with barely any opposition on Sunday as he quickly built on a gap from Pole to control the race from start to finish despite the pressure rising from behind. Macdonald will race in the British GT Championship driving a McLaren 570s GT4 for HHC Motorsport
