GT3 Racer Angus Fender Joins Go Motorsport Management
19-Year-old Angus Fender has joined Go Motorsport Management.
Angus who lives in Bath and is currently studying in Oxford started racing in 2010 in karts then switched to cars in 2017 in the Ginetta GT5 championship. In 2018 he stepped up to the Ginetta GT4 Supercup where he secured 7 podiums and 2 pole positions. In 2019 he raced in the British GT Championship in the BMW M4 GT4, then making a late switch to GT3 machinery in the BMW M6 which resulted in fantastic back-to-back podiums at Brands Hatch and Donington.
This season Angus will again race in the British GT Championship with newly created team 2 Seas Motorsport driving the McLaren 720s GT3 car.
“We are really delighted that Angus has joined us, we watched Angus last season and were very impressed how he adapted to the GT3 car late in the season and achieving two podiums showed real talent. We are sure this year Angus will really be able to showcase his ability in the British GT3 Championship driving the McLaren 720s GT3”.
