Aidan Kenny to make debut in the WRL Championship
16-Year-old Aidan Kenny will make his debut in the WRL Championship at High Plaines, Colorado on the 7th & 8th of August driving one of the W2W Racing Porsche Cayman GT4 Clubsport cars in the GTO class.
Aidan who lives in Windermere, Florida started racing in the Junior ROK USA Karting series then progressed to the Senior class, in 2020 Aidan took the step into cars racing a spec Mazda Miata in selected events along with his karting programme. More recently Aidan has completed a testing programme with W2W Racing in the Porsche Cayman.
The format for the event at High Plaines will be two 8-hour endurance races, one Saturday and one Sunday with Aidan sharing the car with two other drivers.

“I’m really looking forward to my first WRL event, I have been testing this year in the Cayman, which is a great car and really feel that I’m ready. I’ve also been to a couple of races with the team so I could understand exactly how endurance racing works and I can’t wait to get going”.
