Branden Templeton and teammate Chris Salkeld extended their impressive run of form with yet another double podium at Oulton Park this past weekend in the British GT Championship.
The duo showcased both speed and resilience across the two races, continuing their strong momentum in the highly competitive GT4 Silver class.
In Race 1, Templeton and Salkeld delivered a stellar performance, securing first place in the Silver class and an impressive third overall—highlighting their pace not just within class, but across the entire GT4 field.
Race 2 proved to be a far greater challenge. Early in the race, the #14 Century Motorsport BMW M4 GT4 was spun from contact by another car around amidst tricky weather conditions, which shuffled them down the order. Undeterred, the pairing mounted a determined comeback drive, navigating the demanding circuit and variable grip levels to fight their way back up to P3 in the Silver class.
Thanks to this weekend’s results, Branden Templeton and Chris Salkeld continue to lead the GT4 Silver class championship standings, strengthening their bid for the title as the season progresses.
The team will next head to the iconic Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps in Belgium for Round 4 of the championship, taking place on June 21st–22nd, where they’ll aim to extend their podium streak and championship lead.
